 Place your elbows on the floor and hold your hands tightly.

With a pinned underarm on the hips, bend your elbows.  Then with a straightened posture, elongate your hands beyond your feet.

Repeat this exercise at least three times.

Another way to do crunches is to lie flat on your back.  Bend your knees at a 45-degree angle.  Breathe in a while, lifting your shoulders towards your head.  Then slightly raise your torso so that your shoulder blades are closer to the ribcage.  Once your return to your starting position, exhale.
